AASD Names HAIS Impact Director
We are proud to announce that Dr. Thai Xiong has accepted the role of Hmong American Immersion School Impact Director. Xiong was most recently the Director of 7-12 STEM/H&HP in the Appleton Area School District.
Dr. Xiong comes to us with nearly 20 years of experience in education and educational leadership. He has been a teacher, an Instructional Coach, an Assistant Principal, an Athletics Director, and Principal.
Dr. Xiong's strong research background on Hmong students in the Kl2 system coupled with his experience with curriculum, education, and community leadership will bring a wealth of opportunities to our school!
